ATD Civils & Groundworks Ltd are proud to have been chosen to complete all groundworks on this project for Bellway Homes. Work commenced in April 2024.
The site is made up of two phases totaling approximately 100 plots. We completed front end and finishing works to approximately 53 plots on Phase A and are progressing with foundations, over-sites, stage 1 external works and stage 2 external works to 47 plots on Phase B.
We will also be completing approximately 1,500m2 of roads, as well as undertaking the installation of sewers and services.
