This site at Sandlands Park, Hucknall is a four-phase site located approximately 7 miles from junctions 26 & 27 of the M1.
The fourth phase of the development covers an area of approximately 5.6 hectares & comprises of 101 plots. ATD Civils & Groundworks Ltd completed roads, sewers and groundworks late in 2023 with housing commencing shortly afterwards.
