This site spans an area of approximately 10.7 hectares and is located to the North-East of Dinnington, 17km east of Sheffield city centre. Laughton Gate is a collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
ATD Civils & Groundworks Ltd began works on the 282 plot site in June 2021, with off-site highway section 278 works undertaken, followed by the first phase of roads and sewers.
By mid 2023, work on foundations was progressing rapidly and Section 278 works and new surfacing works to the development were completed, along with the completion and opening of the Marketing Suite.
