]]> In March 2023, ATD Civils & Groundworks Limited were awarded all areas of Groundworks and Civils on a 333-plot development for Countryside Properties flagship site in Fairham, Nottingham. This development is the first site of a wider development of around 3000 homes being constructed in conjunction with Homes England, bringing much needed housing and commercial space to the area.

On 29th March 2023, ATD Civils broke ground on this fast-paced site. By week 11 on the project, we had dug and poured over 200 foundations, including installing internal drainage to the  plots, returning a total of over 250 foundations by Christmas of the same year. We also completed phase 1 and 2 road base and binder works totalling approximately 5000 square meters.

In March 2024, the sales suite was opened, and the first homes were made available for purchase.
